Annual General Meeting

Follows on from the London Area Meeting.
Items for the AGM MUST be submitted to the AYRS Hon Secretary (email: hon.sec@ayrs.org or post to: BCM AYRS, London WC1N 3XX) as soon as possible, and certainly before 21st December 2017.
Papers for the AGM (Agenda, Accounts, Annual Report, etc) will be found on this website. (AGM_2017_Agenda.pdf, AGM_2016_Draft_Minutes.pdf).
Note: The average age of the Committee is now over 70! We need new, younger, people on the Committee, who will be in a position to take up the reins of the Society (after a few years familiarisation) and take it forward into its seventh decade. We desperately need someone willing to act as Hon Secretary, as Kim is resigning, and would like someone with suitable DTP skills to take on the job of Editor.
Volunteers welcomed (otherwise we’ll need to revive the Press Gang!)
